Work / DTC Storefront

Fewer clicks. More checkouts.

A DTC brand had great products and a store that got in the way — slow pages, cluttered navigation, and a checkout flow that leaked buyers at every step. We rebuilt the path to purchase.

The problem

Traffic was healthy; revenue wasn't following. Session recordings told the story: shoppers waited on slow product pages, got lost in nested menus, and abandoned a five-step checkout that asked for everything twice. Mobile — 80% of their traffic — was the worst of it.

What we built

A rebuilt storefront designed mobile-first around one job: get from "that looks good" to "order confirmed" with as little friction as honesty allows. Instant-loading product pages, flattened navigation, and a checkout cut from five steps to three with express-pay options up front.

Behind the scenes, a clean CMS for drops and seasonal campaigns — the marketing team schedules launches themselves, no developer on the critical path.

The outcome

Conversion up 34%, mobile bounce down sharply, and the brand finally shipping campaigns on its own calendar. Same products, same traffic — a store that stopped leaking.
